This position involves custom web development in .NET throughout the entire project life cycle.
Experience: 1-2 years
Key Results Expected:
- Custom .NET applications for Office Automation tasks
- Custom features for branding and additional functionality
- Custom workflows
- End user support for the above products

Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Server technologies & architectures (Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS)
- Good knowledge of Web Technologies & Languages (IIS, AJAX, C#, ASP.Net)
- Very good knowledge of Workflow Development
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools (Visual Studio)
- Familiar with front-end technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery)
- Good writing skills and experience with end user documentation
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users
- Results orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of user needs of a large decentralized organization
Experience:
- At least 1 years hands-on development experience as well as several years solid experience of ASP.NET and SQL Server
- At least 1 years hands-on development experience with Web Technologies & Languages (IIS, AJAX, C#, ASP.Net, CSS, HTML)

- Very good knowledge of Workflow Development (Requirement analysis, project management, Unit Testing, Application Analyst)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Development Tools (Visual Studio)
- Familiar with front-end technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Angularjs)
- Good writing skills and experience with end user documentation
- Experience with issue tracking and project management tools
